Ilan was born and raised in the Bay Area. He played varsity tennis at NYU and graduated 2023 with a degree in math. Soon after, he decided to launch himself into a career in audio. He now studies sound design at Centro in Mexico City and works as a freelance composer, sound designer, Foley artist, and sound engineer.
